Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at helptobuymobility.com (the "Site"), operated by Help To Buy Mobility ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or submitting an eligibility check, you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
Help To Buy Mobility operates a privately funded incentive scheme that contributes Up to £750 towards the cost of eligible mobility products supplied by independent accredited partners. We are not a retailer, we do not manufacture, sell, install or service products, and we do not provide medical advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United Kingdom to apply. Funding is subject to assessment and is available to applicants with a medical condition affecting their mobility and a healthy credit file with no bad debt. By submitting the form you confirm the information you provide is accurate.
Eligibility is only confirmed after an accredited partner has carried out a home assessment. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee that you will receive funding.
3. The funding
The contribution is applied to the price of a product purchased through an accredited partner. It is not a loan, not a credit agreement and not a government grant, and there is no balance to repay. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or paid to you directly.
The scheme is offered for a limited time and we may change, suspend or withdraw it, or change the products it applies to, at any time.
4. Accredited partners
Partners are independent businesses authorised to offer the funding on our behalf. Any contract to buy a product is between you and that partner. Product quality, pricing, delivery, warranties, servicing and aftercare are the partner's responsibility, and their own terms and consumer cancellation rights apply.
There is never an obligation to buy anything at any stage.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Only submit details for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to apply on their behalf
- Do not use the Site unlawfully or attempt to interfere with it
6. Communications
By submitting the form you consent to being contacted by us and by one accredited partner by phone, SMS or email about your application. You can opt out at any time.
7. No medical advice
Content on the Site, including our guides, is general information only and is not medical advice. Always speak to a healthcare professional about your condition before making decisions about equipment.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, its content, branding and design are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with an accredited partner, from products supplied by them, or from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
